Pine Creek on *Good Morning Texas*

Dr. Brian Straus is a board certified orthopaedic surgeon, fellowship trained in foot and ankle disorders who continuously pursues the latest advancements in orthopaedic technology. On a recent segment with Good Morning Texas, Dr. Straus explains some of the ankle replacement and foot reconstruction procedures that use such technology. In addition, he discusses how minimally invasive techniques combined with state of the art anesthetics keep patient pain and recovery time to a minimum.

Dr. George Wharton specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and injuries of the spine. Dr. Wharton is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a Charter Diplomate of the American Board of Spine Surgery. He is also a Clinical Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas,TX. Good Morning Texas welcomed Dr. Wharton to discuss why minimally invasive surgery is in such high demand and how educated patients can get back to their daily activities in no time after surgery.

Dr. Dirk Rodriguez recently appeared on Good Morning Texas to discuss how obesity can affect a person's quality of life and what surgical options are available to help patients get back to their lives. Dr. Timothy Thomason treats a full range of ear, nose and throat disorders for pediatric and adult patients. Anything from hearing loss, otitis media, allergy and sinus disease, structural nasal obstruction, tonsil and adenoid disease, head and neck cancer surgery, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, to surgical management of sleep apnea /snoring and facial plastic surgery. On his Good Morning Texas appearance he discusses the latest treatments for Sleep Apnea and Snoring.

Dr. Stephen Timon believes anyone experiencing back or neck pain should seek a well-trained specialist who is Board-Certified and specifically educated in treating spine disorders. Dr. Timon's areas of expertise include cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine surgery. He is fellowship trained in scoliosis, complex spinal reconstructive surgery and minimally invasive spinal procedures. Dr. Michael Rimlawi is a fellowship-trained spine surgeon, specializing in all aspects of spine surgery: cervical (neck), thoracic, and lumbosacral (low back) spine surgery. Dr. Rimlawi is the first surgeon in Texas to perform the newest endoscopic (camera assisted) laser spine surgery. This new technique involves an incision less than half the size of current minimally invasive spine surgeries. Michael recently went on Good Morning Texas to discuss options when one is faced with back pain, and the benefits of minimally invasive surgery.
